What is Food4Food?
Food4Food is an action of the Al Salam® Restaurant Cologne, where guests support our chosen aid project by consuming selected dishes Doctors Worldwide support.
The guests enjoy certain foods, and we donate a portion of the proceeds.
Why?
Our family has its roots in Palestine.
For almost 40 years At Al Salam, we serve dishes from our parents’ homeland. Although we children were all born and raised in Germany, Palestine is an integral part of our daily lives. The latest news from Gaza and the West Bank shocks us every day—and we want to help as much as we can.
So is Food4Food emerged.
Who does Food4Food help?
The donation funds from the campaign Food4Food Funds from the Al Salam go directly to aid and human rights organizations Doctors Worldwide.
Transparency is important to us: we regularly inform on Instagram about the donations collected and their impact.
